Father’s Day Extravaganza Celebrates Staff with Fun, Fellowship, and Recognition
The Department of Immigration’s Father’s Day Extravaganza, hosted by the Public Relations, Chaplaincy, and Social & Welfare Units, was a vibrant celebration held at the Bahamas Beach Soccer Stadium on East Bay Street.
The event featured an exciting lineup of surprises, games, and generous prizes — all in honour of the dedicated fathers and father figures who serve within the Department.
In attendance were the Honourable Alfred Sears, Minister of Immigration and National Insurance; Director of Immigration William Pratt; Deputy Permanent Secretary Sharon Pratt-Rolle; Assistant Directors Stephen Laroda, Rudolph Ferguson, and Peter Joseph; former Deputy Director Dwight Beneby; along with other Immigration officials and staff.
This spirited gathering fostered camaraderie, boosted staff morale, and reflected the Department’s ongoing commitment to celebrating and supporting its team.
