Immigration Officers Complete AADLC Leadership Training Programme in Grand Bahama
Immigration Officers successfully completed approximately three months of leadership discussions and training under the Acting Assistant Director’s Leadership Circle (AADLC) and were presented with Certificates of Completion by Acting Assistant Director of Immigration Montello Gibson. The exercise took place in Freeport, Grand Bahama.
The initiative was designed to support succession planning, strengthen leadership culture, and enhance morale, retention, and professional growth. The AADLC reflects the Department’s commitment to developing future leaders and investing in the continued excellence of Immigration services in The Bahamas.
