Immigration Officers Celest Williams and Avia Beckford attended the  Performance Management Skills for Supervisors and Managers Seminar hosted by the Public Service Center for Human Resource Development (PSCHRD) at the BCPOU Hall on Farrington Road. Session discussions centered around Understanding Performance Management, Effective Communication, The Performance Appraisal Process, Decision Making and Problem Solving etc. Administrative Cadet Mrs. Rhonda Murray of The Ministry of The Public Service Training Division chaired the workshop which ran from 12th -14th November, 2019.
