Building Expertise: Immigration Officers Attend ‘Fundamentals of Prosecution’ Seminar
Immigration officers assigned to the Prosecutions Unit in New Providence, Grand Bahama, and Abaco proudly participated in the capacity development course, “The Fundamentals of Prosecution,” held on December 10-11, 2024, at the Courtyard Marriott in Nassau. Organized by the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) and led by International Legal Expert Paul Rutledge, this comprehensive training enhanced officers’ prosecutorial skills, fostering excellence in upholding immigration law.
The certificate ceremony was attended by Immigration Director William Pratt, along with Chief Immigration Officers Cherise Johnson and Chedville Adams, reflecting the department’s dedication to advancing the expertise of its personnel.
