April 2-3, the Department hosted the second session of its Supervisory Workshop for Grade I and Senior Immigration Officers. The training was held at Mount Royal House in New Providence and focused on strengthening leadership capabilities, enhancing supervisory skills, and fostering professional development within the Immigration Department.
Director William Pratt, Under Secretary Sharon Pratt-Rolle, First Assistant Secretary Sigrid Bain, and Dr. Amanda Bethel, Director of Recruitment for Bahamas Agriculture and Marine Science Institute were among the presenters.
