Immigration Officers Received Certificates in Case Management from the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services
On Tuesday, May 13, at Mount Royal House, seven Immigration Officers from the Carmichael Road Detention Centre were awarded certificates in Case Management. The training was made possible through a partnership with the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services (BDOCS).
Commissioner of Corrections Doan Cleare, Deputy Commissioner Bernardette Thompson-Murray, Acting Director of Immigration Rudolph Ferguson, Assistant Directors Peter Joseph and Stephen LaRoda, Superintendent Shemah Saunders-Darling, along with senior BDOCS staff and facilitators, were in attendance to celebrate this milestone and deliver congratulatory remarks.
