The International Labour Relations Unit (ILRU) at the Department of Labour hosted a two-day workshop on March 25-26 at the Balmoral Club, focused on Developing Capacities for Innovation. The Bahamas was one of three selected countries. Representing the Department of Immigration were Director Dr. William Pratt and Superintendent Shemah Saunders-Darling. The workshop aimed to equip key officers with essential skills for effective public policy implementation and digital government transformation.
