The Bahamas Immigration Department (“the Department”) is committed to ensuring that your

In accordance with the Bahamas Data Protection (Privacy of Personal Information) Act, 2003,

• Financial data that is collected is used to check the users’ qualification for registration and to
  bill the user with respect to the option(s) selected.

  without the prior advanced notice to users, except where it’s release is appropriate to comply
  with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.
