State-Recognized Funeral Service for Rodney Moncur, JP, and former Senator
A State-Recognized Funeral Service was held for the late Rodney Moncur, JP – former Senator, radio talk-show host, and social activist, on Friday, May 23, at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral on West Street.
Superintendents Allan Smith and Shemah Saunders-Darling led a contingent of Immigration Officers in attendance, representing the Department in honour and respect for Mr. Moncur’s public service and national contributions.
